Chris was our festive hostess for the evening with her saucy enchaladas.

Ladies, here are are some pics from our fun filled fiesta

My fruit salsa (raspberries, apples, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, pears w/ brown sugar and raspberry preserves) served with cinnamon chips.

Susan made fresh salsa and her mother in laws rice (not pictured)

Patti's Cilantro Rice

 and those square things.

Festive drinks!  I couldn't rotate the picture.  Just tilt your head.

Jodi's mini tacos with all the fixins.

The calm before the storm.

More cheesy goodness. Dana's Enchalada's and Mojitos (not pictured)

Dana with our newest member, Susan.
  Welcome!

What's cinco de mayo without Flan?  Thanks Betty!

Vicki's savory Chili Verde.

Judi's Burn Your Butt Soup - also known as Albondigas.

(Yes, it did burn a little)

All our dishes were fabulous as you can see!!

Every last drop.

No Susan, really there is nothing in your teeth.  (That's what sisters are for - honesty)

Our newbie Susan.  Love her already!

Jodi sends her love.

What happens in Cooking Club stays in Cooking Club.

Now don your jammies for our next Cooking Club.
Robin will be hostessing our Sunday Brunch on June 3rd at 11:00 am.

See you there!!!

Is this your bowl?
I am looking for the lost owner of this bowl.
I think it was left at my house after our St Patrick's Day Cooking Club.
