"Cook The Part"


"Cook The Part" is interactive team cooking.  We prepared and cooked everything at Linda's.  
Linda did all the shopping and had all the different stations set up for us with a job to do for all of us.

Our theme was "Handmade Pasta with Homemade Sauces"

When we arrived Linda already had the appetizers (gorgonzola bread, Antipasto platter, focaccia with dipping oil) made and ready to snack on while we cooked.  
The wine selection for the appetizers was Sauvignon Blanc, Chianti for dinner and champagne and sparkling for dessert.
Settle down and listen up ladies.

Chris is mixing the pasta dough for the ravioli.





Jodi is rolling out the pasta sheets.




The salad was Ceasar with a roasted garlic anchovy dressing. 
Our entree was Italian sausage and cheese ravioli with marinara fresco and basil pesto. 
And don't forget the green beans with basil pesto.

Here's to wine! - and budwiser!

 A little patio time.  Then later, some of our ladies stayed late and enjoyed an outdoors campfire.

A little celebration of life goin on.


Some friends are a habit - some a luxury.  You my dear cooking club ladies, are my luxury!
